Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

FIS is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Fellows as the Director of its newly launched streaming platform, FIS TV.

In the role, Fellows will be developing new content strategies, working with the FIS digital team, developing programming and world feed concepts for the official streaming platform of FIS, FIS TV, and beyond.

“It is an honour and fantastic challenge to join the FIS Media & Marketing Team as Director of FIS TV and there are some very exciting plans afoot for winter sport fans across the globe,” said Fellows.

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

A direct subscription model would be better than being at the mercy of Eurosport's programming quirks.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

So no more commentating on Eurosport?

This role seems a massive step up if that is what he’s been doing to date.

Didnt his company produce British eurosport coverage? Not such a massive step up but a conflict of interest?

@holidayloverxx, did he now? Makes a bit more sense then. I guess any conflict is for them to manage, its private not govt after all, although are FIS based in Switzerland? They can take these things a bit more seriously there as FIFA/UEFA found out, unless you deposit some Nazi gold of course then you can do what you like there

I love the Eurosport commentators this season. Calm, cerebral, informative.

Fellows went for a shouty style where he heightened attention when falsely claiming on repeat that bib numbers 31 to 45 mid run were in touching distance of Odermatt, Maier, Miller et al. The only decibels level was max.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Probably in a minority here but I really enjoyed Nick Fellows commentary.

I'm quite relieved not to 'enjoy' Mr Fellows on Eurosport this season; his replacement has a nice touch with humour and interacts well with his summariser, Marcel (sorry didn't catch his surname) who really does provide expert and technical insight.
